As a family dispute lawyer Judge Henson is a far cry from fair and equitable. He is definable on every man's side railroading housewives, women, caregivers, working or not its never good enough for him. He is ok with men violating illegal pendancy actions. He supports men not caring for their chil...dren during not only pendancy action but also during major pandemic's. In fact he rewards men for it. Of course also believes that women probably do not know much about vehicles, values or could even enjoy them... that's only for men of course. Cases are rush and proper testimony not given, yet orders created out of chaos. Judge Henson has NO idea/familiarity about Union Benefits. He allows for men to double dip on credits/benefits etc that put already economically challenged women at even greater risk for being mistreated. Thus in favor of putting unfair challenges also in minor children of fathers who want to not be held accountable for having children. Judge Henson may have been a good lawyer, decent criminal Judge, however, HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUDGE EL PASO COUNTY HAS.
