Kirk Thomas Garner

I retained Kirk Gardnerg and he did a very poor job for me this is my opinion I ended up firing him. I higher Jason kennard of kennard and kennard Jason handled the case for a quarter of the cost and won it the first time around where Kirk Gardner had it extended for over a year when we went back Jas...on kennard knocked it out of the ballpark I highly recommend Jason kennard over Kirk Gardner this is my opinion do yourself a favor and shop around before hiring this attorney.

Mr. Garner has been a true blessing in our civil order case. He got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. He was very honest and gave us a great rate! It is sad people write bad reviews just because they didn't get the outcome they were looking for. If we didn't get the outcome we had hope...d for, I would still give him 5 stars because I saw him work very hard on our case. Thank you Mr. Garner!

Every time I spoke with Kirk about my case, he would argue IN favor of my daughter's father. I retrained him as my attorney at the end of April last year to re-do the parenting plan and re-calculate child support. It has been 10 months and Kirk barely calls me, he has not provided me a single stateme...nt of my account. He has had two months to set up one meeting and hasn't done it. He is a huge waste of money. Don't use Kirk Garner!!!!
