I should start by saying he is difficult to get a hold of, and even with persistence, he won't return phone calls. I began my case with him and didn't hear back for a couple of weeks, despite reaching out on 3 separate occasions. When I decided to cancel the process, he charged me $400 for draf...ting up a Petition of Parental Responsibilities. This form may have taken 10 minutes to fill out, and realistically, was done by his secretary or paralegal. Regardless, the form simply consists of my name/address, my son's, and my son's father's. I requested an itemized receipt for the time spent on my case and was not provided one. I even asked him over the phone if he had an estimate, and he chuckled, saying he'd need to add it up.
