Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed. After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me. We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and... to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts. There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable. After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

His ability to get insurance companies to live up to their responsibilities helped get my issues resolved in a expedient time frame.
