Police followed client outside of their own jurisdiction and pulled over Client for having a window obstructed and license plates out of date. Officers immediately asked client out of the car and proc ... eeded to search the vehicle against client's wishes. Investigation showed Officers would turn on and off their body cameras, against police policy, and that the license plate and window had no issues to allow for client to be pulled over.
