Not Trustworthy

I went to George Vahsholtz for help. However, the company did nothing to help me, and even made the situation worse. The price was very fair, and from my research he had a customer rating of 3 out of 5 stars, which I thought was adiquit. I called Vahshlots because I was facing drivers license suspens...ion due to collecting too many points on my license. He told me everything that I wanted to hear on the phone. That he would attend the hearing with me, and that we would very likely be able to get the points lowered on my pending ticket to prevent the suspension. During the phone call I informed him that I did not have my driving record and asked if he would like me to obtain it for him. He declined and told me that his office would take care of it. At the time of the call, I had a pending ticket. Due to a traumatic brain injury, I lost the physical ticket. My phone conversation with George left me with the impression that the office would be able to track that info down for me. However, they called not once, not twice, not three times, but four times to explain to me how much trouble it was for them to try to locate the ticket and how irresponsible it was for me to lose it. I explained the situation multiple times, but the berating and condescending attitude continued. Finally, George himself called to question me about the "new ticket" I explained again that I did not have the physical ticket and that I was under the impression that he would be able to locate it and help me with the matter. At this point he said that he didn't realize I had a ticket still pending and that he may not be able to help me with the suspension after all. I asked if he would still show up at the hearing and he said yes. My hearing was at 9am, and I waited for over half an hour for him to show up. After numerous phone calls the secretary called to inform me that he would not be there, because he was in court with a different client that was a higher priority (why didn't he tell me this before?) I went to the hearing and handled everything alone. The para legal called afterwards to question me about what happened during the hearing and why. She argued with me again about how irresponsible it was for me to lose the ticket in the first place. At that point I told her that they had done nothing for me, and I would like a refund. She said that they would put the money back on my card. However, I never got 1 cent back.
