Biography
I am passionate about defending the rights and civil liberties of those accused of a crime, or negligently injured with in daily life or while in the performance of their job duties. After 20 years practicing law, as a former prosecutor and currently as a criminal defense attorney, civil litigator and part-time municipal court judge, I have handled a more varied array of cases than most attorneys see in their entire careers. I have defended first degree murder and sexual assault cases as well as reprenstenting plaintiffs in personal injury and workers compensation claims.
