I reached out to Britton Morrell’s office shortly after being let go from my position with a local law enforcement office despite being injured on the job. Britton quickly took my case and was professional and timely in his responses. I was his client for almost three years and for two and a half of ...those years, I had no issues or complaints. My disability checks were always on time and all my medical visits were covered. When I did encounter an issue with the insurance company, Morrell and his associates were quick to fix the issue! However, towards the end of my case it appeared that Mr. Morrell lost interest after it seemed I would not be receiving a settlement due to how long I was on workers compensation. When we met with the insurance company to talk about settling the case, Britton appeared to be unprepared. The insurance companies attorney had their ducks in a row and Britton seemed to be relying upon my word and statements regarding how much longer my injury would take to heal instead of reaching out to the surgeons and physicians to gather evidence to support my claims. Another complaint is the amount of time wasted waiting for my appointments. During my last three appointments with Britton, I waited at least 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. I would recommend Britton for those workers whom have a pretty simple injury and need professional representation. However for those whom may be a bit more of a complex case, I would suggest finding another attorney.

Britton Morrell is wonderful! He always fought for me, even when we thought there was no help.
