About Stephanie
Biography
After spending my childhood in Colorado and then moving away with my family, I returned in 2000 to Northern Colorado and put down roots. I began with the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, where I enjoyed more than 10 years as a Deputy State Public Defender.
In 2011, it was time to open my own practice, and the Stout Law Firm was born. I practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Consumer Protection, Worker's Compensation, and Criminal Defense.
I have been lead counsel in more than 150 jury trials and hudreds of trials to the court. I have argued in the appellate courts and the Colorado Supreme Court.
My very best days are ones I spend in court helping people to resolve their cases, whether that be through negotiation, mediation, ligiation, or trial. I look forward to many more years helping the residents of Northern Colorado.
