As an attorney at law, look her up, she has been sanctioned, publicly censored and disciplined for misconduct. She is not looking to ethical. As a person, Ms. Muscato is definitely a heartless person. I was the respondent and she was the petitioner’s counsel in divorce proceedings. Throughout the ...divorce proceedings she made my life miserable, it almost seemed she had a personal vendetta against me. She didn’t have the best interest of the 2 children involved, unethically she even went to the extent of trying to have petitioner take my children away from me, however she was not successful. She’s likes to belittle people and when one challenges her back she starts questioning why. She’s a horrible person, not sure how she can sleep at night. I would not suggest doing any type of dealings with her, really awful experience dealing with her. If I could give her a ZERO, I would. Please, before you consider hiring her read all the reviews to include the negative ones from people she represented it will give you a better perspective on the person behind the law degree.

She made up what she could to take my children from me bc of her hatred of me from high school. She ruined my children’s and my life bc of her hatred. The lies she fabricated were insane and I did not have money for a lawyer at the time. My ex who she helped to get my children for has domestic violen...ce and child abuse on his record. You are sick and I hope someone hurts you the way you hurt this mother and her children and the ex don’t even pay you lol. You’re disgusting.

Our journey started in October 2023, we flew in on a Thursday afternoon from the state of CA, after receiving paperwork the day before about a false allegation of kidnapping that has to do with our grandson(our grand jewel). We called around and we were told no lawyers was available for such an urge...nt situation eapicially because we needed an attorney asap. We called the office of Kristin Muscato and Trina assured us that Kristin will call us back on the same day, and she did. After listening to why we’re out there, she was willing to help. We don’t know anyone or have any family out in Colorado, but her passion for her job and the way she was always attentive and available to help, gave us the strength and motivation to keep fighting for our grandson while being so far away from home. Kristin our hearts are filled with gratitude for all your hard work. You will NEVER be forgotten in our family, our prayers and our thoughts. Now our grandson will get to come home to his loving family in the state of California. May you stay blessed with the work of helping families like ours. Thank you again so very much. Really no words can express how thankful I am to both Kristin and Trina these last 2 years. Kristen has been extremely knowledgeable, caring and considerate the whole length of my hostile divorce/custody circumstance. It was blatantly obvious she was concerned and compassionate for our young children... through her dedication and hard work. Going into an extremely uncomfortable situation and feeling such support is something I will never take for granted. Kristen helped my family prevail every obstacle faced despite the tormented timelines of district 10 due to overwhelming dockets. There simply is not enough that can be said about her ethic’s, motivation, and character. Further I would say her office truly put into practice trauma informed care for their clients while acknowledging and helping families navigate the unfortunate institutional abuse highlighted within the family court system. Our children would not be in a safe situation, all of the marital assets would have been depleted, and I would have been in further financial ruin without her. From the bottom of my heart thank you! For anyone struggling with a family law issue I could only recommend her as every step of the way her priority was best interest for all involved.
