Brian, as we discussed several times and in your response to other reviews on other platforms, you paid for a consultation that included a document review. Our firm reviewed every document you provided us and explained your legal options as we agreed. At the end of your consultation, you had the option to retain our firm or move forward with the information we provided and resolve your matter on your own. You did not have any issues with the information we provided until we asked you to enter into a client agreement and agree to our terms concerning fees and costs prior to doing any work for you. Once you knew we were unwilling to represent you for free, you began contacting our office, being abusive, and making baseless claims and bad reviews to coarse my firm into representing you for free. My office has made numerous efforts to address and resolve any issues you may have regarding your consultation, including rescheduling more time to answer any legal questions and outlining your demand letter for free since you refuse to agree to the terms of my representation. Our eagerness to address these types of issues promptly and reasonably is why reviews like this are not a common occurrence. Also, the fact that your roommate was satisfied with the consultation and our attempt to resolve our issues is evidence of our superior customer service and commitment to providing excellent legal services. Our office will take your experience as an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and to inform the public of our efforts to resolve your dispute. Although we are sympathetic to your circumstances, we cannot represent you without your agreement to our terms of representation.
