Working with her was a level of frustration you only experience while trying to raise a teenager. She is knowledgeable but it is impossible to get her to work. You have to harass her multiple times before she will do anything. She doesn’t review background information that you provide then says it is... missing and sends you on a wild goose chase. She is late on everything. Not responsive to client communication. Does nothing timely. She isn’t available and says she only works part time but has no set hours and seem to only work nights and weekends. Not available during business hours. Seems to really understand HOA law but won’t work. Her initial presentation of who she is and how she works is nothing like how she works. She’ll take your retainer and then won’t do anything until you harass her multiple times. She should be retired. She is of retirement age and doesn’t want to work. She should just retire already and stop torturing clients who need help!
