Kelly Clard
Kelly Clark was an absolute delight to work with. He listened to our concerns and requests. When he didn't have immediate answers, he said so. And then proceeded to get those answers in a timely fashion. I'd recommend him highly.

Professional, thorough, friendly, prompt follow up.
Hired attorney to address changing the middle initial on 'mineral rights documents' that had already been filed, to my "correct legal middle initial." She contacted the judge to determine correct steps to accomplish this change. Received confirmation it was done. Excellent work. Recommend her services.

Marc Summers led us through what was to us a complicated and intricate process. Marc Summers led us through the process of setting up an estate that will protect my assets for my sons and grandchildren. He was caring and understanding of all our questions and uncertainties. Yes, I would hire him again.

We'll never go anywhere else.
I'd be giving 100 stars if Avvo let me. Crystal and the team at McDonough Law are seriously the best. We're a newer business and are headed into our third year, and I'm convinced that their guidance has a huge part to play in our success. Not only are they extremely responsive and make you feel like you're the most important thing happening when you're speaking to any of their team, but they give guidance and suggestions freely and also 100% respect and support any decisions we make. We've personally worked with Crystal several times, as well as Tristan Younghaus, and they have exceeded our expectations every single time. These days it's extremely difficult to find businesses that genuinely care and deliver every single time, and this team is a perfect example of how to do both of those things right. As long as we're in business, we'll be working with McDonough Law!

Oil leases
Inherited some oil leases from an estate. McDonough Law went over all leases and brought them up to date with current names. It was not an easy task as there were several years that had to be corrected. Was very happy with her and would highly recommend there services.

Streamlined, professional, and courteous.
I was in a pinch and needed some documentation quickly. Just a small job. I called McDonough Law, and they took care of me right away. They treated me as if I was an important client, (even though I'm sure they have bigger clients.) The documentation was spot-on. The price was fair, not overpriced. Crystal was courteous, professional, easy to talk to, and provided good counsel. The online process was simple, streamlined, and payment was a breeze. They are fantastic at what they do!
