The auto claim part went fairly quickly, while working between my insurance company and Mr. Pickering, my totaled vehicle was covered along with my deductible. I was never forced into any fee agreement, they just ensured they would help me through the process so when the injury claim was ready to be settled after all my medical needs were met everything would be in place.
