Used Jeff to defend and finally expunge a ridiculous charge against my child in school. Kid stuff blown way out of proportion. Mr. Schwartz is an excellent attorney. I was surprised that is the case being that he was a court appointed defense attorney. He always kept me informed as to what was coming up and why. He was never late. He used resources that I wasn't expecting for my case that really helped me out. He has al...ways answered my questions. The case is pretty much over but when I asked why a certain court cost was not the lower amount it should have been he contacted the DA's office, explained our position and the DA agreed to lower the fee. My attorney immediately filed the motion and we are waiting on the judge. I know that it also helps that he gets along with everyone from the Judge to the DDA, to other attorneys. If I need a defense attorney in the future and can afford him, I will certainly hire Mr. Schwartz again.
