Unknowledgeable Attorney
Hired Ben Kramer to help with a Will and Trust. He didn't follow through and gave bad advice. Ben wouldn't return emails or phone calls quickly and was out of the office constantly with no response. Eventually, told him I would hire someone else and would not deal with him any longer.
