Approximately four years ago, I made the mistake of drinking and driving. I chose to represent myself, and as a consequence, I lost my job which inevitably led to the loss of my house and financial stability. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that my community service hours were not logged correctly and my probation was revoked with a warrant out for my arrest. I relatively recently moved to another State and I own my own business. In the process of moving (i.e. getting a new driver’s license, taxes, etc.) is when I discover this devastating news. Talking to Nick is almost like talking directly to Susan. However, he does so without being a gatekeeper. If you would rather talk directly to Susan at any time, he swiftly arranges it. Tenacity: 5 Stars – During the process of working with Susan, I got the feeling that she truly enjoys her role as a defense attorney in the justice system. Maybe it is simply because of her former experience working in the prosecutors’ office and now having a unique perspective of being able to see both sides of a case. Either way, I felt that she treated me with respect and made sure that I got a fair shake. Work Quality: 5 Stars – I believe that work quality for a defense attorney should have little to do with guilt and innocence and more to do with results and fairness. I was guilty, and Susan made sure that my consequences were fair and reasonable. Without her, I believe my consequences would have been much more extreme. Value: 5 Stars – Susan is flexible with price, payments, and considers your individual financial situation. From my experience, I couldn’t afford not to hire her, and I am so glad that I did. I would recommend giving her a call to at least discuss your needs. The Blanco Law Office spent about an hour on the phone with me discussing my case before I chose to hire them. That is value!
