Andrew S. Priebe

Andrew S. Priebe has been involved in the legal community in Northern Colorado since 2010, and is an attorney with the firm Vahrenwald, McMahill, Massey & Mitchell, LLC.  Andrew has previously worked for March, Olive and Pharris, LLC, Eric A. Sunness, Attorney at Law, LLC, and Lathrop Law Office, PC.  

Andrew’s philosophy is to be a kind, compassionate, and tenacious advocate for his clients.  Andrew recognizes that going through a divorce or custody dispute, or defending against a criminal charge, is often one of the hardest and most emotional times in a client's life.  Not only does Andrew have the skills and legal knowledge to zealously advocate for your rights, he is committed to treating you as if you are his only client.  As an attorney and counselor at law, Andrew believes that a client deserves trustworthy, honest, and compassionate service as well as sound legal advice and representation.

Andrew's practice is currently focused on Family Law, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Business and Commercial Law, and Real Estate.  Whether through trial, mediation, or settlement negotiations, he successfully resolves cases involving complex financial issues, emergency parenting time restrictions, parenting time and decision making modifications, child support modifications, and contempt.  Andrew represents clients charged with various crimes including DUI, DWAI, Assault, Trespassing, Resisting Arrest, and Domestic Violence.  Additional experience includes drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, and Trusts.

As a Colorado native and Colorado State Ram, Andrew is proud to call Fort Collins home.  Andrew received a Bachelor's of Science in Watershed Science from Colorado State University and graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law.  While in Law School, he served as Student Director of the Estate Planning Practicum, a clinical program providing Estate Planning services to low income Wyoming residents, and participated as a Student Attorney in University's Domestic Violence Clinic where he found a passion for family law.  Additionally, he was able to hone both his legal writing and litigation skills by serving as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and participating in the regional finals of a prominent national mock trial competition. Andrew is dedicated to the Northern Colorado community and coaches Mock Trial at Fort Collins High School.  When not working, he can often be found spending time with his Wife, Haley, playing golf, softball, hiking, skiing, running mud obstacle races, and generally having fun.  Andrew is honored to serve Northern Colorado's legal needs and cannot wait to assist you with your legal issue.
