Terrible Judgement

Rimar was a CFI in my wifes case several years ago, around 2006. She wrote a report that was extremely biast and failed to focus on major importances and twisted statements like "I am hoping for a boy" into I only want a boy for my next child. The child under her investigation was taken from her mo...m and sent to live with the father in Arizona---Why? We still dont know. The mom never had any criminal infractions, no drug or alcohol abuse and was gainfuly employed and now holds a very important position in the nations largest energy company. On the other hand the father has had several DUI's since the age of 18, many after the adams county Judge ruled the child to be in the fathers custody and holds the same low paying position in his fathers construction company as he did then. The minor child has been suspended from the first grade for hitting a young girl and causing damage to her face. His grades are below average and has serious attitue problems. On our side- our oldest daughter has straight A's is an Aurora Scholar and is in Agate classes, our youngest is in kindergarden and is advanced in almost all of her courses. Rimars report was totally wrong. Think twice before you let her make any decisions that would affect your childs life....

Bias, capable of telling everything but the truth!

Kathleen Rimar, pure evil, recommended a ten year old child who has lived with mother all of her life, sent to live with father who was recently released from prison for selling crack cocaine. She recommends this simply because dad is married and what she calls stable now. While mom is a full time st...udent, trying to secure a future for her family. My daughter has threatened suicide and this has all gone ignored. Kathleen Rimar ruined my life, my childs life, my family's life. She is totally bias and her misconduct needs to come to and end? Anyone out here agree? She is not a CFI who cares for the childs emotional needs.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
