Phil Clark was not helpful in my case.

I had Phil for a case in Boulder County. My family knew more about the case by making calls than he ever told me. He rarely returned calls. When he did, it was about next payment. Many times I called from other phones so he would answer. He said there was a new DA on my case and that was the hold up,... but we found out by asking that it wasn’t. He wasn't clear with who he talked to or the information about my case. He seems to be a one person show in a suite with an assistant that works for several people. Not responsive at all. We ended up talking to the DA ourselves and worked out the deal in my benefit.
