I am grateful for the work that Katie and her para legal Lori did to efficiently resolve my legal affairs. I particularly appreciate that Katie recognized, accepted, and supported my personal concerns, and not merely the strict legal perspective. She presented options on how to resolve the matter... consistent with my wishes. With her knowledge of law and court precedent, Katie negotiated with opposing council from a position of strength; thereby, per my will, she kept us from being in court, and minimized legal fillings. She also knew how to push-back on financial claims so-as to resolve the issue with minimal cost to me. She was efficient with her time and efforts during negotiations, and meticulous with the final court fillings to ensure all of my concerns were specifically addressed, and accepted by the court in its ruling.
