Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, James served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen Schreier in United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. Through his clerkship, James developed a unique understanding of litigation and trial strategy. He still utilizes this experience while providing results-oriented advice for his clients.
