My practice focuses on issues involving bankruptcy, tax law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and guardianships and conservatorships. In addition to my law degree I have a Master of Business Administration degree and a master of law degree in tax law, which allows me to address complex tax law issues and complex Medicaid planning questions, as well as establishing conservatorships and guardianships. I am admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court District for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Tax Court. In my free time, I enjoy skiing and Olympic weightlifting.
