I needed to get Power of Attorney paperwork in place for my uncle, who has special needs. Cole was super friendly and helpful and knew exactly what to do. The process was so easy. The day we signed, my uncle was greeted by the office's friendly dog which delighted him so much because he loves animals.... It was a very comfortable and friendly and at-ease environment - nothing like a stuffy law firm. We got what we needed in a very short amount of time. Cole was great!

I contacted his office to discuss estate planning as well as several other attorneys. Mr Pokard was very personable and reasonable in price so I went with his office. Our initial meeting was a phone meeting to discuss a revocable trust & will. The final meeting was in his office where I reviewed and ...picked up my documents. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend his office if looking for estate planning.
