Cole Pokard

I was born and raised in the Southern California area, but received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of law. While in law school, I participated in the Community Economic Development Clinic assisting small businesses and start-ups with corporate and transactional matters. In addition, I held numerous leadership positions to assist in bettering the University of Denver and its students.

In my free time, I enjoys working out, attending sporting events, and exploring the Denver food scene. I am a huge Los Angeles sports fan, but is a diehard CU Buffs fan. I am also an avid cook and baker, appreciated especially for sharing his homemade baked goods with the office.

My main passion as an attorney is to assist as many clients as possible and to create estate plans that give them piece of mind. There is nothing more important then making sure that a client has a plan that fits with their goals. However, not everyone creates and estate plan, so if you or something you know passed without an estate plan I also specialize in probate and can make the stressful probate process straightforward and easily navigable. I approach each of my clients with compassion, understanding, and a desire to help everyone I can.
