I have 5 years of wills and estate planning experience, and over 15 years of legal research and writing experience in a variety of settings. I have assisted many clients in fashioning affordable, personalized family estate plans.

I am a contract Hearing Officer, presiding over formal municipal employee disciplinary appeal hearings, preparing and submitting written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final binding written decisions in each matter. And, I am a certified Better Business Bureau (BBB) Arbitrator, where I arbitrate a variety of commercial disputes for the BBB.

As a Certified Mediator, I facilitate mediations between parties in dispute and draft final settlement agreements for court filing. I have a passion for teaching and demonstrating the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution practices. I have taught mediation certificate courses since 2010, and have been an Adjunct Professor with Excelsior College teaching graduate courses for the past two years.
