Stacy Marczak-Grande

Stacy Marczak-Grande brings 17 years of dedicated legal advocacy to Grande Law, where she serves as a partner specializing in criminal defense litigation. Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Stacy is a proud alumna of the University of Miami, where she obtained dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Political Science. She furthered her legal education at the University of Miami College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2007.

Her career began at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office as an Assistant Public Defender. In this capacity, Stacy handled a diverse array of criminal cases, from minor offenses to violent crimes, including high-profile homicide litigations. She distinguished herself as one of two Major Crimes Attorneys, known for her strategic legal ingenuity in complex cases.

Since joining Grande Law in 2020, Stacy has remained focused on defending her clients' rights with exceptional diligence. Her practice emphasizes securing case dismissals and achieving beneficial outcomes when dismissals are unfeasible. Her relentless pursuit of justice is evident through numerous "not guilty" verdicts and advantageous negotiations.

Stacy is authorized to practice law in the state courts of Colorado, Illinois, and Florida, alongside the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
