Lindsey was very helpful negotiating a significant reduction to a speeding charge for my son (he was clocked doing 30 over the limit coming down the pass). She was very responsive and communicated the issues clearly. On another note, I use ARAG legal services and have found it can be challenging get...ting a good lawyer who accepts them. Lindsey was okay and she did her job for the most part. Cost is what it is - nobody ever said lawyers were affordable. It was the lying to me about further civil action that she backtracked on and just generally not telling me what was going on in my case. Everything was so vague, not explained to me..., and I did not feel like she was 100% there for me as I would think someone should be for the money involved.

After hiring a traintreck of a sheister, I hired Attorney Parlin with only a couple of weeks before my DUI appearance. During that time, she was incredibly responsive. She provided an honest assessment of my case without ego or judgment. Despite some bad facts in my case, she was able to plea down... to a lesser charge. She was also very honest with her billing.
