Lindsey was very professional and easy to get a hold of. My divorce took some time, because it wasn’t amicable. Lindsey let me know how things were going as we progressed, and made sure we approached each avenue for resolution with the appropriate response. At times, I felt overwhelmed, or like thing...s wouldn’t go well, but that’s just divorce/court. If you keep a level head and realize court happens at a titles pace, she will be sure to get you a good outcome for all involved. If your looking for revenge and want things to happen faster than it should, then divorce court will probably not go the way you want it to. The long game is what’s important. The long game is what made things go from me drowning to me feeling like, okay, I can do this.

Lindsey was very helpful negotiating a significant reduction to a speeding charge for my son (he was clocked doing 30 over the limit coming down the pass). She was very responsive and communicated the issues clearly. On another note, I use ARAG legal services and have found it can be challenging get...ting a good lawyer who accepts them. Lindsey was okay and she did her job for the most part. Cost is what it is - nobody ever said lawyers were affordable. It was the lying to me about further civil action that she backtracked on and just generally not telling me what was going on in my case. Everything was so vague, not explained to me..., and I did not feel like she was 100% there for me as I would think someone should be for the money involved.
