Mrs. Deschler helped me secure an amazing plea deal. I believe that I was falsely charged by a Summit County police officer. It left me with an overwhelming feeling of powerlessness, like I lacked any sort of ability to stand up for myself or my case. I felt highly disappointed in our justice system.... Susan was absolutely amazing for me. I had been charged with careless driving for sliding into a ditch during bad weather along with failing to provide proof of insurance, both misdemeanors in Colorado that could have carried jail time.
