I prepare personalized, custom estate planning documents for my clients. My estate planning documents help my clients while they are living and allow my clients to direct what will happen to their assets, and who will take care of their children and pets, upon death. Estate planning documents can include Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Advance Directives, Pet Care Guides, Beneficiary Designations, Deeds, Marital Agreements, and business documents. I also help probate estates.

I advise my clients regarding choice of entity, and I prepare organizational documents for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations. I advise my clients in obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status. I prepare customized contracts in connection with my clients' operation of their businesses. I prepare buy-sell agreements regarding business interests or business assets. I review, amend, and advise my clients regarding documents prepared by others.

In addition to preparing personalized, custom trust documents for my clients (usually in connection with "estate planning"), I also review, amend, and advise my clients regarding trusts that other attorneys have written. I have experience with pet trusts, living trusts and testatmentary trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, community property trusts, special needs trusts, charitable trusts, beneficiary designations, deeds, marital agreements, and more.

I prepare customized contracts for my clients in connection with the formation and operation of a business entity or nonprofit organization. I also prepare customized agreements in connection with estate planning (prenuptial, community property, and other marital agreements), I also review, amend, and advise my clients regarding agreements that others have written.
