Javier Gilberto Diaz

I’m Javier Diaz, a criminal defense and traffic law attorney licensed in Colorado and Alaska. I founded Javier Diaz, Attorney at Law, LLC to provide strong advocacy with a personal touch. Having served as a prosecutor before opening my practice, I know how the other side builds its case—and I use that knowledge to protect my clients and fight for the best possible outcome.

I focus on helping people facing DUI, assault, and other criminal charges, as well as DMV hearings, unemployment appeals, licensing issues, and post-conviction relief. Many of my clients come to me worried about how one case could affect their job, license, or future. I take the time to explain options clearly, keep communication open, and develop strategies that put my clients’ goals first.
