An Excellent Attorney

Ms. Speer is an exceptional immigration attorney. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. I was never left in the dark and she made sure that all updates on my case are timely communicated to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Speer to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.

Great representation by Katharine Speer!!

Katharine represented me with an immigration case. When my wife and I first met Katharine she explained the process and options available for my case. With her professionalism, trustworthiness, confident personality and bilingual representation my wife and I decided to have her represent me. Kathy r...epresented me for about 3-4 years. Within that time she helped me with all the phases of my case while always receiving the most current information and options available, at all times dedicated to doing the best. My documents were always well prepared by Katharine and reviewed by her, my wife and I before submitting them. Katharine is an organized, knowledgeable, excellent, honest, detailed, hard worker, prepared, and EXPERIENCED attorney. Adjustment of Status

Katherine worked on an adjustment of status case. She was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She is currently handling another adjustment for a family member and we are very pleased with all her work. I would strongly recommend her for any immigration matter.

Katharine Speer is an outstanding Lawyer.

Katharine Speer is a wonderful person and an amazing lawyer. Her diligence and hard work on my case shows her dedication to being a lawyer. She is smart with an ambitious and straight forward attitude. Last year I was held at the Aurora Detention Center, with no real idea or implication of the si...tuation I was in. I had no idea what I was going to do or what the next step I would need to take. My family started searching for immigration lawyers. After countless calls to lawyers, none of them would take on my case. Many of them informed us that my case was to difficult to take on and had little chance of winning. After hearing that, it was hard not to feel scared and wondering what I was going to do without a lawyer. I was facing the only option of being deported to a country that I knew nothing about. I would have had to leave my family, friends and everything I worked for behind. This was a real hopeless feeling, as the United States of America is all I have known. I have lived here since I was one years old. So needing someone with a fearless and a can do attitude; Katharine Speer said she would take on my case. She came down to the detention center and spoke about my case with me. She was very honest and told me this was going to be a hard battle. She told me there was no guarantee, I would win my case but she would do everything she could. That is all I ever wanted to hear. She had the guts to tell me the truth and not promise she would get me out. Being in the detention center, I would hear the other guys say their lawyers were going to get them out in no time. Well that didn't happen for many of them. It is a slow and very long process. It is hard not to feel depressed and want to give up. Katharine never gave up on me, no matter how complicated my case was. She even came to visit me in the detention center, to lift up my spirits and to remind me not to give up. I am glad I didn't give up. After five months we had the big day in court. The judge was very impressed on how fast Katharine was able to speed up the whole process. The judge granted me to be released. So if you are ever in need of a immigration lawyer, take it from someone who has been there. Katharine Speer is the best in my book.
