Joseph Roger Enzor

Mr. Enzor has done a wide variety of corporate legal work for our firm. Initially, we retained him to assist us with the acquisition of a business as we expanded into another sector of the technology industry. Mr. Enzor's deep background in the technology environment was a definite plus -- he had "be...en there and done that" himself. Subsequently, our firm continued to use Mr. Enzor across a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance (he ultimately became an outside Board member of our firm), customer and vendor contracts development/review, employee matters, executive employment agreements,etc. It should be noted that Mr. Enzor's tax expertise was also of particular advantage (he has a Masters in Tax) -- time and again he provided valuable advice and insight with regard to deal structure, tax planning, etc.
