A walk in the park

After several weeks of ignoring an excessive speeding and reckless driving charge that I was terrified to face, I halfheartedly started searching for lawyers in the Denver / Boulder area. I searched and read reviews for several days. Unlike some of the other reviews I read, Jennifer's told a story ...of not only her work but her personality. I saw intelligence, passion, compassion, and experience. I decided to give her a call and was surprised when she personally picked up and reviewed the details of my case with me. After getting off the phone my only regret was that I had not found her reviews and called sooner. All of a sudden I was no longer alone and terrified facing this charge in the dark, but had Jennifer to enthusiastically and expertly navigate me through the process. Jennifer guided me and told me exactly what I needed to do for an optimal outcome and what was likely going to happen. She spoke very optimistically from day 1, so much so that I was a bit skeptical that things would work out the way she indicated. My skepticism was certainly not warranted. She helped adjust my court date to one that was convenient for me and on the day of court her confidence put me at ease while in the courtroom. Long story short, that day Jennifer turned my 14 point ticket into a 4 point ticket with a $100 fine. Jennifer saved me my license, my job, and my life as I know it, and I truly enjoyed working with her. Whatever charge it is that you are facing I guarantee you will be better off with Jennifer.

Beyond any and all expectations!

A pleasurable person to know and an effective negotiator!!

Jennifer was extremely competent, diligent, knowledgeable and caring about my DUI case. She was a very effective negotiator helping to get multiple charges dropped and far reduced my sentencing. She is a good person and very much eased a good amount of the pain and suffering for me. Like a caring Best Friend

I am a computer programmer from India.Recently I had a DUI charge against me with higher points as I did not have much awareness of US rules. I did little research on local lawyers to help me and finalized Jennifer.This is the first time I was in need to continuously deal with a person profe...ssionally to help with my need in my 6 years of US stay. So I initially had a hesitation and doubt how it is going to work out considering cultural difference and my personal frequencies. But Unbelievable. She showed lot of patience to listen and cleared all of my questions and as well as my silly questions.My initial discussions with her started giving me strong belief and relief that I will be saved. She looked at my case from all angles i.e I am being a non-immigrant she was quickly able to suggest me to consult immigration attorney which I did not aware initially. Based on her guidance, I was able to collect inputs regarding my immigration and discussed with her. Effective email/phone communication -- This is more important for me to feel everything is going in right direction with my case. I never felt that I had even a small gap in that aspect. Jail term for DUI-- Even if it is for single day it would have shaked my family. But in our first meeting itself she confirmed that I am not going to jail. DMV hearing -- Helped me with the DMV hearing. She exactly knew what need to talked now to get the favorable outcome with final court hearing. Court hearing -- When I stood with her in front of judge, I was able to feel that a good person standing next to me for support. Her representation was awesome. My DUI got reduced to DWAI. After judgement, When I felt that I am saved, I could not able to express my happiness even in front of her.I lost my words. I am a kind of person who should not have a single trouble to concentrate better in my work as I love my work so much. My first meeting with Jennifer & further communications with her gave me lot of relief to concentrate. She listened to me,cared for me. Her actions in the foreground and Background very much satisfied me and helped me ultimately. Good human gets good amount of support every where to perform their duties in a kind and best manner. Jennifer's Magic Powers

Darkness had fallen on my journey through life when I found I had two warrants for my arrest with a couple DUIs along with a probation violation and failure to appear in court. There was an irresistible temptation to avoid the situation as long as possible. Police knocked on my door as I locked mysel...f in. When the anxiety of constantly ducking the cops became overwhelming, I decided to post bail and get it over with. “They’ll understand. This probably happens all the time,” I thought. At the hearing I was feeling optimistic until sitting down with the DA. Across the table was my bad karma personified as a woman with hair like Medusa and a thick black mark on her forehead that i couldn’t stop staring at. Was she making a fashion statement or having a makeup crisis? Turns out it was just Ash Wednesday, but my stress induced hallucinations made it a bit terrifying. I realized there were some consequences to face and I had succumb to the idealism of my nature. In many words, she said I’d be going to jail for a year. My response did not surprise her. “Nope.” I was willing to accept whatever penalty, but a year in jail was not an option. I needed to find an attorney. After doing some research online, Ms. Watkins looked like a great option. Once we spoke on the phone, I knew she was the one! Jennifer told me exactly what to do so she could get the best possible outcome. I felt instant relief with my legal situation in her hands. My knowledge of the system is very minimal, but I was blown away by the way she skillfully managed my case. Also, she was able to recommend a better place for the DUI class that is not on the list the probation office gives out. At the hearing, with Jennifer in my corner, there was no worries. She worked out a deal with the DA before the hearing that was almost too good to believe. Not only did she reverse the impending doom of a jail cell, but she got a better sentence than I ever expected. The judge gave me nothing but some day reporting and i got to continue my probation like nothing ever happened. To my surprise, she went on and got the judge to lower my sentence even further with the possibility of early termination leaving all this craziness behind in a few months. Now, my only regret is not having Jennifer by my side from the beginning. Her expertise goes beyond just knowledge of the court system, as she has personal relationships with all the judges and the DAs in the area. It’s as if they can’t resist her charm and will go easy just because she is with you. Jennifer somehow, magically turned my life around and I wish there were better words to describe how amazing she is as a professional and a person.
