Best DUI Attorney Around!

I was facing a 2nd DUI charge, and I came across Jennifer online, and I have to say it was the best choice I could have made. Jennifer is excellent at her line of work; she's well known in the court room, she knows what to have you work on even before court, and she's extremely helpful all along the... way. Having her on my side made it much easier to keep my head held high in knowing I was doing the best I could. And with my busy schedule, it's hard to have time to meet an attorney, but that was no issue! We were able to keep constant contact through email and achieve everything we needed, I didn't even meet her face to face until court came around! Of course she is willing to meet, these circumstances just worked best for me. And when court did come around, I ended up getting what I can only describe as the best sentencing possible, and I have her to thank entirely for it. So please, if you find yourself in the same mistake I made, don't hesitate to get a hold of her and get her on your side!

Don't hire an attorney without speaking with Jennifer Watkins!

Jennifer Watkins is a highly experienced, reliable, and competent attorney. If you are looking for an attorney who is a true professional AND actually cares about you & your case, look no further. I am a highly skeptical person and turned away offers & opportunities to work with other attorneys who...m I contacted during my search because after reading some reviews and speaking with them, a level of trust was notably absent. I must say that I was also skeptical of the reviews I had read regarding Jennifer, but after speaking on an initial consult I was impressed by how knowledgeable and genuine she was. Her level of direct, honest, and caring communication was nothing less than 100% consistent throughout the process. She took great care in making sure I understood everything that was happening, going to happen, and my available options & best strategies. Best Lawyer Around!

After some unfortunate life events, I was in need of a lawyer, this is when I met Jennifer. She handled my case with persistence and grace. She was available to answer my questions, and worked on my case, at all hours of the day and night. She provided thorough details on all aspects of the case, the... repercussions, and my next steps. With all the details and links given, she enabled me to understand and take steps in the right direction. She was able to get the trial scheduled to meet my travel needs, and was very concerned with how the dates and outcome of the case would affect my personal life. She did all she could to reduce the repercussions of my actions, leading the outcome to be the ultimate best outcome possible! Best Attorney Ever!

I was involved in a Hit and Run accident in Colorado, and full of anxiety about it after 50 years of safe driving. I knew I couldn't get through this alone, so after interviewing a few other local attorneys, I instantly knew that Atty. Watkins would be the absolute best. That proved to be amazingl...y true, both on a personal and caring level, as well as complete expertise with the legal system. It was very apparent that she had a respected level of credibility with the judge and DA in my case, and I could see that they gave her total respect and seriously considered her suggestions. As a result, my Hit and Run was cleared, and only the Careless Driving remained, so I was thrilled that she negotiated so well within the complex legal system, and it was a true miracle that the ticket was so reduced. Also, she kept in very close touch with me during the entire process and promptly answered any concerns that came up. This was a great source of comfort for me. I hope that I will never find myself in a situation again to need Atty. Watkins legal help, but if I did, she is the only person I would go to. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough.

Hire Jennifer

After moving to Colorado from Florida, I found myself in a bind when I was charged with a DUI of a high BAC (over .2). I had never been criminally charged before, and I didn't really know where to turn. As many of you reading these reviews did, I contacted 10+ attorneys that would represent me in Wel...d County. The majority of them seemed as if they were more interested in money rather than my individual case or well being. It took one conversation with Jennifer to know that I was going to retain her as my representation. She was straight forward with what I could likely expect as the outcome of my case, and she was comforting every step of the way. It is quite apparent that she is well respected throughout the area by both judges and DAs. After retaining her, she recommended a list of things to begin (character witness statements, Level II Alcohol Education, etc) that would help my appearance in front of the judge and to the DA. Ultimately, Jennifer was able to negotiate a plea deal with the DA that would give me the minimum sentencing as required by law - despite him originally wanting me to spend a month in jail. The judge, with Jennifer's help, also suspended court fees and gave me the minimum requirements by Colorado law in terms of probation and useful public service. I would highly recommend Jennifer for any situation that you may find yourself in that requires legal representation. While I don't ever expect to find myself needing it again, she will be the first and only attorney I will contact if I do.
