Highly recommend Jennifer!

We chose Jennifer to represent a family member facing a DUI charge. And we're so glad we did! First, she won the DMV hearing, which is very rare. And then she convinced the DA to drop the DUI charge altogether, which is also very rare! It wasn't even a wet reckless, it was just dropped. Four other... charges were also dropped. Only one minor charge remained. It was a better outcome than we had thought possible. So our family member kept his license. (Fortunately, there were some facts on his side. But the other side also had a rationale. And the system doesn't seem to favor a defendant in a DUI case in CO. A completely dropped DUI charge wasn't expected.) There are many things great about Jennifer. Of course, she has a lot of experience and mastery of the law with DUI cases. In addition, she understands people, and how they think. She knows the DAs and judges in Boulder, and knows how to make the most compelling case to convince that individual person. We found her to be very caring, and willing to go the extra mile. She was also a great listener, and was receptive to information we were able to dig up that might help our case. I think that many experts are ego-driven, and aren't open to new information. Jennifer has a high level of expertise, while also being open-minded, which can bring about an even better outcome. We are very grateful!

Jennifer Watkins is Amazing

I will admit, I was the first person in the room to roll my eyes when I heard the term, “Good Attorney.” However, after working with Jennifer Watkins, my faith has been restored. I was charged with a DUI in July. I had received one 22 years ago, which seemed like an eternity, so thought it would not ...be a big deal. I was wrong. Colorado is a tough state and DUI’s follow you through life. I interviewed few lawyers the week after my arrest, but felt but felt like I was being shoveled a pile of make believe. Other firms made false promises and wanted to charge me a fortune. I was a mess and contemplated the worst, I wanted to give up. That changed when I talked with Jennifer Watkins. She was the only one who didn’t make false promises and offered me hope. She was professional, kind, and brilliant. She did all of the paperwork and prevented me from losing my driver’s license and my sanity. Jennifer referred me to the best therapist and guided me through the entire legal process. I truly felt like she understood me and wasn’t just my ally, she was my accomplice. I cannot recommend her enough. Jennifer knows the system backwards and forwards and will do all she can to obtain justice. I made a big mistake, and she didn’t excuse me, but instead, helped me regain my self-esteem and become a better, humble person. Retaining Jennifer Watkins is one of the best things I have ever done.

Extremely Competent and Professional!

I experienced my first DWAI. There are not enough words to express my gratitude toward Jennifer Watkins. I did a ton of research and reading reviews of lawyers before finding Ms. Watkins. I called her, and she answered immediately, and she spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me explaining the... process and getting the details of my case. Stellar Human in Serious Legal Circumstances

It's really challenging to find an attorney that 1) you trust, (2, has the experience, 3) does is because they care. I do not subscribe to those who manipulate the system - it comes back to bite - unquestionably, and the attorney does not care. Jennifer's note in her bio is very real - "ability to g...ive her clients adequate time, resources, and attention needed for their cases". I have worked with many attorneys. There are great, ethical attorneys, and there are attorneys who are in it for the money. This is not Jennifer Watkins. She really cares about her clients. Some of us may not be completely innocent, yet she is able to bring to light those factors that may impact the issue - hence thoughtfulness, dedication and compassion. I also work with Domestic Violence clients - being one myself. These issues are PARAMOUNT!! Folks don't get it until it h happens to them. There are people out there, like Jennifer who work to support us. Thank you Jennifer, for being there for us to help us sustain our facts and options.
