Highly recommend Jennifer!

We chose Jennifer to represent a family member facing a DUI charge. And we're so glad we did! First, she won the DMV hearing, which is very rare. And then she convinced the DA to drop the DUI charge altogether, which is also very rare! It wasn't even a wet reckless, it was just dropped. Four other... charges were also dropped. Only one minor charge remained. It was a better outcome than we had thought possible. So our family member kept his license. (Fortunately, there were some facts on his side. But the other side also had a rationale. And the system doesn't seem to favor a defendant in a DUI case in CO. A completely dropped DUI charge wasn't expected.) There are many things great about Jennifer. Of course, she has a lot of experience and mastery of the law with DUI cases. In addition, she understands people, and how they think. She knows the DAs and judges in Boulder, and knows how to make the most compelling case to convince that individual person. We found her to be very caring, and willing to go the extra mile. She was also a great listener, and was receptive to information we were able to dig up that might help our case. I think that many experts are ego-driven, and aren't open to new information. Jennifer has a high level of expertise, while also being open-minded, which can bring about an even better outcome. We are very grateful!

Professional, compassionate. Stop looking Jennifer is the best!

This is the second time I worked with Ms. Watkins. She recently helped me out of an extremely challenging case where I was facing serious consequences for violating probation with multiple serious new charges and facing incarceration. She is so hard working, extremely knowledgeable and professional ...aswell as admired and respected by her peers. Not only did she keep me informed and up to date every step of the way (9 long months) she heped me personally with compassion, positivity and warmth as my anxiety was overwhelming. I owe my freedom and second chance in life to her as she got me the most minimal charges and several dropped. I am not going to jail either! Jennifer Watkins is Amazing

I will admit, I was the first person in the room to roll my eyes when I heard the term, “Good Attorney.” However, after working with Jennifer Watkins, my faith has been restored. I was charged with a DUI in July. I had received one 22 years ago, which seemed like an eternity, so thought it would not ...be a big deal. I was wrong. Colorado is a tough state and DUI’s follow you through life. I interviewed few lawyers the week after my arrest, but felt but felt like I was being shoveled a pile of make believe. Other firms made false promises and wanted to charge me a fortune. I was a mess and contemplated the worst, I wanted to give up. That changed when I talked with Jennifer Watkins. She was the only one who didn’t make false promises and offered me hope. She was professional, kind, and brilliant. She did all of the paperwork and prevented me from losing my driver’s license and my sanity. Jennifer referred me to the best therapist and guided me through the entire legal process. I truly felt like she understood me and wasn’t just my ally, she was my accomplice. I cannot recommend her enough. Jennifer knows the system backwards and forwards and will do all she can to obtain justice. I made a big mistake, and she didn’t excuse me, but instead, helped me regain my self-esteem and become a better, humble person. Exceptional Attorney and Down-to Earth Human Being

“Ms. Watkins helped me not only avoid prison time but also helped me to receive the best sentence possible and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process in explaining anything I did not understand or know. She’s not only an exceptional attorney but is also an incredibly caring and compassio...nate human being who truly advocated for me as her client but also as a person and wanted to know my story. Ms. Watkins delivered the best representation I could have imagined

In what can only be described as an incredibly stressful, dark, and difficult time, Jennifer was a shining ray of light. After calling several other attorneys who either did not respond or only succeeded in amplifying my fears and anxiety, Jennifer got back with me immediately. I instantly had the se...nse that she truly had my best interest at heart and would work to achieve the best possible outcome for my situation. She was not only an excellent listener, but also extremely kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced. Her approach made me immediately feel seen for who I am rather than just another client facing a charge. All of the direction, action, and advice she offered was spot on and her responsiveness to my questions remained as speedy on the last day as it was on the first. She knows the law, the process, and at least in my case, the people that held my fate in their hands. Navigating the extraordinarily intense and complicated aftermath of an alcohol related offense is terribly bleak, frightening, and overwhelming. However, she guided me through it and represented me with a unique blend of optimism and realism for which I am eternally grateful. Although I certainly hope that I never require her services again, if anyone I know or care about is ever in need of this type of representation, I will emphatically send them to Jennifer.
