The Answer to a Parent’ s Prayer

The fear and anxiety a parent feels when their child has made a poor decision and must now face serious consequences is overwhelming at best. I have to say that Jennifer was a godsend. She made all information easily accessible and really listened to us. She guided us to an early start toward cour...t expectations and was able to offer several options. When it came time for the court date she stood strong for my son in negotiations. Thanks to Jennifer the entire event became a learning experience rather than a devastating life event. Excellent lawyer and legal help!

Jennifer is amazing! I have never been in any sort of legal situation and her guidance, confidence and support in my DUI charges were beyond amazing. She is very responsive, committed and knowledgeable. Since I was not from Colorado, I wanted to hire a local lawyer and hiring Jennifer was not a mista...ke at all! Fantastic Throughout the Entire Process

Jennifer was great from the start. After my arrest, I was in panic mode calling a bunch of different lawyers. Jennifer stood out because of her calm demeanor and years of experience with DUI cases in Boulder County. She provided a free phone consultation and made me feel a lot more positive about my ...chances given the circumstances. She then provided a free in-person consultation where we discussed my options and her background in more detail. After hiring Jennifer as my lawyer, she recommended the necessary steps to take in advance of court and I’m so happy I took her advice, as taking Level 2 counseling and MADD panel proved to be instrumental in my sentencing. Level 2 counseling also was great to be around other people in similar circumstances and work through the process and learning together; I found myself thanking the counselor at the end for the breakthrough I had. While in court, it became obvious that Jennifer’s year’s of experience and relationships with the judges and DAs was strong, and led to the best possible scenario we were looking for. I received the minimums on everything we asked for and the judge was completely understanding. Throughout the whole process, Jennifer was extremely helpful with the ton of questions I threw her way, and her advice was spot on in the end. I highly recommend Jennifer to be your lawyer - she is great and well worth it!
