Peace of Mind

When I called Jennifer, I was pretty lost and unsure about how to handle everything. She was very calm and understanding of my case. I had a couple of charges against me and the unknown soon became known as Jennifer worked some magic and had all of the charges replaced with a lesser charge making my ...life much easier. She answered all of my questions through the process and was very attentive and was always available. She won my DMV hearing, which is rare! This meant no interlock device! Overall, Jennifer made this process for me and my family much easier and gave me some relief while dealing with this. I would recommend Jennifer over and over again to anyone who is lost and dealing with a DUI charge.

AMAZING Experience

There are no words to describe how incredible my experience with Ms. Watkins was after I received my first DUI. It was terrifying, embarrassing, and traumatic but I was lucky enough to have Jennifer help me through it. She looks at the bigger picture and provides support and incredible advice. She ta...kes the time to give you an idea of exactly how things will play out and does an amazing job fighting for her clients. She understands that we are not perfect but makes it a goal to guide her clients in the right direction. She has not only encouraged me to take responsibility so that I could move forward, but has also helped me to not allow this to ruin my life. She was available every time I had questions or concerns. She would also follow up consistently to make sure I was completing her recommendations so that she could relay that to the court. If you have the pleasure of being a client of Ms. Watkins, you will see the immense amount of experience and knowledge she had. There was never a question I had that she couldn’t answer herself or get the answer to me within a small amount of time. The court would like to see the defendant getting help, taking responsibility, and bettering themselves and the community so that the instance never happens again. Jennifer will absolutely put you on that path. She will make sure to get you the best possible outcome for your case and the best possible outcome for maintaining the stressors that come with the charges and outcome. The Best Attorney

I was involved in a minor accident while driving under influence of alcohol. I was charged with three cases DUI, DUI per se and reckless driving originally. I approached Ms. Jennifer as my brother referred her. She listened to all the story and answered all my questions. Through out the whole per...iod, she replied to all my emails and phone calls promptly. She is very much available and had lot of patience to answer all sorts of my questions. By following her instructions, we were able to win the DMV hearing which is our first win. Due to which I am able to drive the car with out any restrictions . I requested her to postpone my court hearings multiple times due to personal reasons and she helped me in all instances. She is very much supportive and understanding. Finally, She helped me dismiss all those cases and reduced it to the lowest possible charge which is DWAI. Also, helped me get the minimum possible probation period. She knows the boulder justice system very well. Overall, I am very much happy to have her as my attorney and I would recommend her strongly. She is very kind, helpful and an excellent human being.

Highly Recommend!

I contacted Jennifer after a DUI and I was a mental wreck. She helped with my anxiety the first time I talked with her. She demonstrated a knowledge of not only the legal ramifications but first hand insights into the court system in Boulder and what I would be going through. This was a second offens...e for me and I was facing straight jail, work-release or home monitoring at the discretion of the judge and prosecutor. We had several delays because of covid, and even after working on a plea deal that a new prosecutor challenged was able to get me the best possible outcome of home monitoring. I probably would have lost my job if I would have had either of the other two outcomes. She stayed focused, kept me informed and guided me through the whole process professionally and with empathy and her help was greatly appreciated. Not your typical attorney! Thanks!

Great Attorney

She took a difficult case and made the best of it in an ethical fashion. She's responsive and always quick to reply. Highly recommend her over one of the overpriced large legal firms in Boulder.
