Very Satisfied!

I contacted Jennifer Watson a couple days after I was charged with serving a minor alcohol while working as a Barista/Bartender. I had completely overlooked the ID and was very dissapointed with myself, however Jennifer Watson assured me that the situation at hand would be taken care of. Less than ...two months after I was charged, she met with the prosecutor and got me a great deal! Although I had heard horror stories regarding the type of charged that I received [with some fines up to $5,000] Jennifer was able to get my charged basically dropped [pending I take and complete a TIPS course] while leaving me with only a $100 court fine. I was extremely satisfied with Jennifer's legal work and highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal services!

Simply Amazing

I was arrested for a DUI one day before receiving a student visa that was supposed to allow me to move to Ireland for a year. Using that visa Jennifer Watkins advised me to finish the MADD panel, all 12 education classes, 48 hours of volunteer work (since it's not community service without being ass...igned by the court) and as many therapy sessions as possible before my court date. Once the court date finally arrived the judge said that what I had accomplished was "extraordinary" and approved the deal that Ms. Watkins worked out with the DA. I was given 20 days of house arrest, no therapy track, and no probation, allowing me to continue with my plans to move to Ireland for school. My DUI was brought down to a DWAI and I was given the minimum amount of every fine. Some people told me that hiring a lawyer for this process was a waste of money. I can honestly say that was not the case. Hiring Ms. Watkins saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to continue on with my life much sooner than I ever imagined. Considering my particular case this outcome was a dream. I can't even say this was the best case scenario because this was better than I could've imagined. Furthermore, Ms. Watkins was always quick to respond to any questions I had via email and was great at keeping me up to date on everything going on with my case in the three and a half months between my arrest and court date. Hiring Jennifer Watkins was the best decision I made.

Couldn't have had a better lawyer by my side

Jennifer Watkins was absolutely incredible. The day after I was arrested I contacted Jennifer just to get some information on where to go from there and immediately I could tell that I was in good hands. Her calming personality and her years of knowledge on how to handle these cases really made me fe...el comfortable throughout the whole process. She was able to get the minimum sentence imposed as well as minimum fines which took a great weight off of my shoulders. As long as you do everything that she advises then your process will be a lot better than you first expect. Jennifer has helped many others that I have met throughout this process and across the board everyone that I have heard from has been very happy with the work she has done for them. I owe a lot to Jennifer and thanks to her I will be able to have my old life back within a short amount of time. If you're looking for someone that will be by your side through everything then Jennifer is the right choice!

Great Lawyer!!!

Fantastic Lawyer!!! Jennifer Watkins knew exactly what to do after hearing my story. I got the feeling that she understood my situation and that she knew the ins and outs of the process. I also got the feeling that she wouldn't nickel and dime me. She charged a flat fee and it was well worth it! I ha...d rather serious charges and I believe Jennifer got me the best deal there was to get. No probation was just one of the results of Jennifer's work. I highly recommend her and if I ever need representation again I will be calling on her. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Need and attorney? Here's why I recommend Jennifer Watkins.

Sure, I could of avoided this entire legal situation if I had made more conscience choices. But since I didn’t - hiring Jennifer as my attorney was the best investment I could of made. It’s a scary time when being charged with a crime. All the possible outcomes racing through your head. Mo...st of the websites I visited looking for someone to represent me were the same. They talked about 2 things : 1) Fear of how bad it might get (which is true). AND… 2) How they are the greatest most experiences attorney in the world to help you out (maybe true, maybe not). It’s hard to determine who is going to help you more. I must have called a dozen attorneys after I was pulled over for a DUI. Jennifer’s website was different in that there were so many people who had taken the time to write reviews about how Jennifer had helped them. For me the voice became clear with our initial conversation. Jennifer took the extra time to walk me though the process and covered all the pros and cons of each of my choices. I immediately felt the first feeling of relief (since the arrest) when we spoke. It was then that I decided I wanted to retain Jennifer for my defense. And I’m happy I did! Jennifer was able to have the DUI charge dropped, the careless driving ticket I received at the same time and she managed to have the fine waived. I had to plead guilty to a lesser charge of DWAI which was fair. Conclusion: Jennifer had the DUI charge dismissed, saved me thousands of dollars in fees and fines and I highly recommend her as a experienced, effective criminal attorney.
