After looking into quite a few attorneys and reviews, I decided to contact Jennifer Watkins Esquire in Boulder to help with a DUI citation. Boy, am I glad I did! She was extremely professional and helpful. Sometimes, even calling me just to see how I was doing. Going through a DUI can be very stressf...ul. She was almost always available to take my call or email. Incredibly quick responses if she was wasn’t immediately in the office. Her rates were very reasonable. I was confident from the start she would get the best result possible with my impossible case. She gave me advice and directed me with options to give my case the best chance to succeed. I followed her recommendations and finished every last item. The end result was amazing. If you want a lawyer who goes above and beyond and really cares about her clients and results, she’s the one for you. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Ms. Watkins delivered the best representation I could have imagined

In what can only be described as an incredibly stressful, dark, and difficult time, Jennifer was a shining ray of light. After calling several other attorneys who either did not respond or only succeeded in amplifying my fears and anxiety, Jennifer got back with me immediately. I instantly had the se...nse that she truly had my best interest at heart and would work to achieve the best possible outcome for my situation. She was not only an excellent listener, but also extremely kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced. Her approach made me immediately feel seen for who I am rather than just another client facing a charge. All of the direction, action, and advice she offered was spot on and her responsiveness to my questions remained as speedy on the last day as it was on the first. She knows the law, the process, and at least in my case, the people that held my fate in their hands. Navigating the extraordinarily intense and complicated aftermath of an alcohol related offense is terribly bleak, frightening, and overwhelming. However, she guided me through it and represented me with a unique blend of optimism and realism for which I am eternally grateful. Although I certainly hope that I never require her services again, if anyone I know or care about is ever in need of this type of representation, I will emphatically send them to Jennifer.

Professional, Friendly, Highly Knowledgeable in Law, Affordable.

Statement of Affirmation and Recommendation: Date: June 2021 I was represented by Ms. Jennifer Watkins in Lakewood, Denver roughly 11 yrs. ago for a DUI/DWAI Offense. (Ms. Watkins Saved my license [To which I’m very Grateful] and was Extremely Professional, Affordable, and Kind). I made a ...Massive Mistake and Ms. Watkins was able to help me out of the legal hole I was in with my DUI/DWAI Charge. My license was Saved due to her Vast Knowledge of the Laws for DWAI’s in Colorado. Ms. Watkins was able to explain to the DMV Judge and the arresting Officer that protocol hadn’t been followed by the arresting Officer and thus my license shouldn’t be revoked. (This can be a very daunting and very intimidating task to carry out for the untrained non-professional). Ms. Watkins had the scenario under complete control, I was Grateful for this as well because I wouldn’t have been able to carry out such a task in such a Strong and Thorough manner. Furthermore, I Myself, would have never known that protocol had been violated in my arrest without her Expert Examination and Analysis of the Law. DUI and ancillary charges

I was arrested and charged with a DUI and ancillary charges April of 2020. That moment changed so many things in my life and like most, I immediately began my search for legal counsel. The day I was released from a rural county jail in CO I called an attorney out of Denver. That attorney talked a ...lot about his fees and struck me as a guy in it mostly for the money. My second call right after the first was to Watkins law after seeing the quality reviews and I won’t’ forget how surprised I was minutes into the conversation that I was actually speaking to Jennifer herself. Like all the other reviews testify Jennifer understands that there are real people on the other side of the phone. She set me at ease from the first phone call and we continued through many months of rescheduled court dates because of COVID. About 6 months in the DA offered a deal that I thought was good enough to accept but Jennifer did not recommend the deal and encouraged me to wait for a better one. In the end Jennifer was right and she worked a deal that was better than I expected. I recommend Jennifer Watkins counsel as I think she’s quite fairly priced for the high level of service she’ll provide.
