Get your life back under control.

Unfortunately I was picked up in Boulder with a blood alcohol content of .059%. Barely over the legal limit but ticketed nonetheless. Searched around a bit and contacted Jennifer after reading some reviews. I'm so glad I did. Her price was reasonable considering the circumstances and she went right t...o work to help me get through it. In the end I got the best outcome that I could have hoped for. If you are looking for a normal, caring, knowledgeable lawyer that knows the system and has lots of experience then look no further.

Jennifer Watkins is a very experienced, well educated, compassionate, and skilled DUI lawyer. I was extremely fortunate to have her represent me. Never having had any interactions with the law before and having a pretty serious set of charges against me, Jennifer was able to create a case that allowe...d me to fully accept what I had done and to find a way to step forward into a new life after the accident. She really cares about her clients, she is worth every penny that she charges and I have recommended her to anyone I have heard was in need of a fantastic DUI lawyer. She is extremely through and competent in regards to her work, she is honest and trustworthy and that is something so special when dealing with the vulnerability and shame that can come from a situation like this. I will end by saying that I highly recommend her to anyone needing a great DUI lawyer! I can only imagine that all her clients feel very well taken care of, well informed, and talked straight to, she doesn't mess around. The fact that she is kind and empathetic is a real gift and makes the whole process that much easier to move through and have a successful outcome no matter what the circumstances.

So, so highly recommend Jennifer at Watkins Law Firm

I called several attorneys after my DUI arrest, and I decided that Jennifer was the best attorney to work with because she was professional, personable, caring, competent, and knowledgable. She took the time to explain what I was facing, what the likely outcomes were, and what she had seen before.... She wanted me to know that I had the option to choose the attorney that I felt was best for me, and she was clear about what payment would look like (both directly to her and for other expenses involved with a DUI). Some of the most difficult parts of the DUI arrest for me weren't directly related to my time in court, but about knowing what paperwork to complete when and where to file it, what the letters I received meant, the process for losing/reinstating my license, and understanding how to get to the end of this process as quickly as possible. She went above and beyond to lay all of this out for me so specifically, and her advice proved to be on point and unbelievably helpful. In the end, I received the lowest sentence that I could have in my situation, and Jennifer specifically helped make a crushing, terrifying, and stressful situation as painless as it could be.

2nd DUI

Hi everyone! So I had Jennifer Watkins represent me while I was facing my second DUI! She was absolutely amazing!! She was able to get me the lowest penalties possible and on top of all else, She helped postpone my sentence date twice. Just so I could make it to my brother's wedding which was the mos...t important thing in my life! Since the very first day I called her she was nothing but helpful, sincere and truly cares about people and understands that mistakes happen! It was the first time ever I felt like someone actually cared about what happens to me and isn't there just for the paycheck! She is more than reasonable on her price for your second DUI when everyone else was a minimum of 5000! Long story short I wouldn't be able to write this right now if it wasn't for her and keeping me out of jail! I highly recommend her! Best Lawyer Around!

After some unfortunate life events, I was in need of a lawyer, this is when I met Jennifer. She handled my case with persistence and grace.
