A very good attorney (and a very good soul)

My experience with Jennifer Watkins was thoroughly positive, and I will never forget the kindness, diligence and skill that she brought to my defense. I strongly recommend reading all of Jennifer's other reviews, and I am happy to report that these resoundingly positive testimonials are well deserve...d. I hired Jennifer after being charged with a DUI, and the circumstances were considered 'aggravated'. I felt tremendously guilty, embarrassed and very anxious about my future and my freedom. Jennifer listened carefully, and her counsel was supportive and realistic. She gave me ‘homework’ and made practical and individualized suggestions not only for the upcoming court date, but for coping with the shock, stress and guilt I was experiencing. She demonstrated patience that went beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, and when she wasn't busy answering my frequent Emails or talking on the phone with me, Jennifer was working diligently behind the scenes on my behalf. In the end she achieved the best possible outcome for my case, and I will always feel a debt of gratitude. Jennifer Watkins is kind, caring, polite, honest and extremely effective. She a skilled attorney who also happens to be a fine human being, and I recommend her without reservation.

My opinion

Jennifer Watkins represented me in my first and only DUI case. Not only was she professional but she was very compassionate, well spoken, and diligent with the facts of the case. She reassured me when my confidence was low, and it was brutally honest with the law as it is written. I am overjoyed w...ith the outcome of my case and would highly recommend her to anyone I know that is looking at a DUI.

Need and attorney? Here's why I recommend Jennifer Watkins.

Sure, I could of avoided this entire legal situation if I had made more conscience choices. But since I didn’t - hiring Jennifer as my attorney was the best investment I could of made. It’s a scary time when being charged with a crime. All the possible outcomes racing through your head. Mo...st of the websites I visited looking for someone to represent me were the same. They talked about 2 things : 1) Fear of how bad it might get (which is true). AND… 2) How they are the greatest most experiences attorney in the world to help you out (maybe true, maybe not). It’s hard to determine who is going to help you more. I must have called a dozen attorneys after I was pulled over for a DUI. Jennifer’s website was different in that there were so many people who had taken the time to write reviews about how Jennifer had helped them. For me the voice became clear with our initial conversation. Jennifer took the extra time to walk me though the process and covered all the pros and cons of each of my choices. I immediately felt the first feeling of relief (since the arrest) when we spoke. It was then that I decided I wanted to retain Jennifer for my defense. And I’m happy I did! Jennifer was able to have the DUI charge dropped, the careless driving ticket I received at the same time and she managed to have the fine waived. I had to plead guilty to a lesser charge of DWAI which was fair. Conclusion: Jennifer had the DUI charge dismissed, saved me thousands of dollars in fees and fines and I highly recommend her as a experienced, effective criminal attorney. Jennifer Watkin's was retained by my son for a criminal case in Broomfield County for DUI. I had the pleasure and privilege to speak with her regarding my son's case and she was extremely quick with her responses, as well as very approachable and I was able to receive all the information I was reque...sting regarding my son's case. Hiring Jennifer was the best decision I could have made after getting my DUI charge

Hiring Jennifer was the best decision I could have made after getting my DUI charge. My situation was especially difficult even though it was a first offense as I blew a .224 and had an extremely convincing case going against me. She was willing to take the time to explain my situation to me in detai...l so that I knew what I was facing and everything I needed to do to get the best possible outcome from a tough situation. I could tell she put in a lot of effort a long the way working with the DA to get me minimum sentencing. The particular judge and DA I had were especially strict on this kind of issue, and long story short she was able to get minimum penalty on all counts, and even got my fines deferred to help save some money! So in a way, you could say she paid her own fee with that! Most importantly, I felt like I was getting her full attention and effort along the way and during court day. Some attorneys tend to juggle too many cases at once, but with Jennifer I felt like I had her full attention, care, and effort which I think ultimately led to the best possible results in my case.
