Phenomenal

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Jennifer. From the first time we spoke I was taken completely aback by her incredible level of compassion, understanding, and level of expertise. It was like I was speaking with a very old friend, yet one with immensely powerful legal abilities that truly... saved my butt in a very very scary and embarassing situation. She gave me an initial consultation that lasted for over an hour and a half - for free - where we spoke about everything from my charges, to life problems I had been having (for which she offered her own advice) ,to music! She took as much time as I needed, and then some, to truly help me understand what I was facing and what she could do for me. She made me feel that I truly had an ally in this seemingly hopeless situation. From my experience, Jennifer is not in this line of work solely for the money, like many DUI lawyers. She is not only is an incredibly kind and compassionate soul, but also one BADASS lawyer who fought tirelessly for me every step of the way - and was always there to respond thoroughly to any questions I had any time of day. The charges I was facing were very very scary after a horrible DUI incident, and she got my case reduced to literally the least amount of charges possible. I was facing a DUI, a careless driving charge, and the revocation of my license, and it got plead down to a DWAI, no careless driving charge, and the ability to keep my license. I can honestly not say enough good things about this woman and the work that she does. She has been fighting hard for clients in these kinds of situations in the Boulder area for 18+ years, and she is a true expert in her field. If you are looking for an all-star lawyer who is also incredibly empathetic and passionate about her clients well-being, and one who will help you feel human in this very de-humanizing position, please do not hesitate to call her. If, God forbid, I was ever in this situation again, or know anyone who was, I would absolutely not hesitate to hire or reccomend Jennifer again. She is truly one of a kind and I am so grateful and lucky to have chosen her during one of my lowest and most desparate moments.

2nd DUI

Hi everyone! So I had Jennifer Watkins represent me while I was facing my second DUI! She was absolutely amazing!! She was able to get me the lowest penalties possible and on top of all else, She helped postpone my sentence date twice. Just so I could make it to my brother's wedding which was the mos...t important thing in my life! Since the very first day I called her she was nothing but helpful, sincere and truly cares about people and understands that mistakes happen! It was the first time ever I felt like someone actually cared about what happens to me and isn't there just for the paycheck! She is more than reasonable on her price for your second DUI when everyone else was a minimum of 5000! Long story short I wouldn't be able to write this right now if it wasn't for her and keeping me out of jail! I highly recommend her! So grateful to have found Watkin's Law Firm

I don’t believe I’ve ever written a review before but I really felt compelled to after our experience with Jennifer. My college aged son(18) was visiting Boulder and got himself into an unusual DUI situation. We helped him look on-line for lawyers in Boulder and came across Watkins Law Firm as well... as others. Since it was his problem to learn from, we had him take over from there. He chose Watkins to call. As we checked in with him, we were so impressed with how his lawyer helped him understand his situation and kept him completely informed along the way. Eventually we accompanied him to court and were able to meet his attorney, Jennifer Watkins. I can’t believe how lucky we all were to have her represent him. She was truly on his side and understood what the consequence could mean for him if this didn’t go well. She was positive and encouraging as well as a good teacher, not that it’s her job. In court it was reassuring to see how she handled herself and to see that she had a good rapport with the District Attorney and Judge. In the end she was able to guide him into a much more positive outcome than a DUI. As the parent of someone in legal trouble, I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer Watkin’s Law Firm. I am grateful I can share our experience here and hope to find other sites people use to find a lawyer so those looking can hear what a great attorney she is.

Great DUI Attorney

Jennifer knows what she is doing when it comes to DUI's and she kept me out of jail and I didn't receive the max on any of my charges. I highly recommend her if you get into DUI trouble.

Jennifer Watkins amazing DUI attorney

Ms. Watkins is amazing, I was arrested for a DUI, Driving Under Revocation, Leaving the Scene of an Accident/-Damage, Careless Driving, all dismissed. No jail, unsupervised probation, no community service, minimum fines, she convinced the DA he couldn't prove the cases and got the DUI and all those ...other charges dismissed. The DA did decide that he could prove Reckless Driving, so as part of my 6 months of probation I am not allowed to drive a vehicle. This could have ended up much worse. I can't say enough about Jennifer, she asked me at the beginning what I wanted as an outcome, I told her that I just wanted it all to go away. And she absolutely came through. If you're in trouble with the law you need her on your side.
