I am a young, unexpected father. My partner has a bad problem with illegally obtained drugs, as well as atrocious emotional actions. She blacked out on xanax one night, broke everything in the apartment, both mine and hers, lacerated herself, and then called the police on me when I tried to leave wit...h our son to remove ourself from the situation. There was a protection order in place from a previous incident where i pushed her because she was threatening me with a knife. I went to jail, as well as she, and CPS took custody away from us for quite some time. Seth helped me work hard to get him back. He told me everything I needed to do and not do, what information I needed to provide, as well as telling me all the “what if’s” that could happen with my case between myself, her, and the court. Seth eventually helped me get temporary primary custody of my son again. He was very thorough with what needed to be done from me. He was very real about the reality of the situation, and the outcomes that might happen through the court. Seth not only got me back onto my feet, but was considerate of other parties. He was certainly the attorney I asked him to be, not that he was a complete push-over, but he was meek, in such a great way. He considered my feelings, he considered my situation, and he considered the other party if I asked. That being said, he also was clear with me when I needed to put myself over others, because I can be wrongfully selfless at times. He met my expectations and exceeded them. He is admired by the court, as well as his previous customers. He followed up with me constantly, even outside of the case, to go out of his way to show how much he cared. He is heartfelt, understanding, but also greatly guiding. Seth is very educated, experienced, and hard-working. He did not treat me just as a client, but as someone he cares about too. I highly recommend Seth. He is nearly the best of the best, it would certainly be a challenge to find someone better than him. He is a high leveled expert at what he does, and he will only get better from here. Pick Seth, he is truly one of a kind. He will meet you where you are at, and guide your case and situation where it truly needs to go. 10/10!
