I am a Healthcare Practice and Estate Planning Attorney, which means I represent Physicians, Dentists and other health care professionals on a variety issues in in their careers and practices. These include employment contracts, practice start-ups, buy-ins, partnerships and sales, licensing and disciplinary matters, regulatory matters and other legal matters that come up in the daily running of a medical practice. I also help doctors, business owners and families with their asset protection and estate planning needs.
In representing our healthcare clients I often take on the role of "outside" inhouse counsel.

Excellent Estate Planning, Wills and Trust Attorney
Philip Bluestein helped my family with our estate planning needs. Our wills and trusts are much more detailed now as they needed to be and he thought of things we would have forgotten to include. He is very thorough and affordable! We even did living wills to make things easier for our children.
