I consulted with him regarding a work injury. I had injured my ankle and was immediately informed that he did not handle ankle injuries and that many attorneys did not. He did however spend about ten minutes on the phone with me and answered my questions and referred me to a wrongful termination atto...rney, which was what I actually needed at the time. The only thing that bothered me was that he ended the conversation by saying, "If you ever have a back injury please give me a call." I understand that these are the types of cases that pay and that this is how lawyers make their money, but the way he put it was incredibly tacky and rubbed me the wrong way.
