Patricia S. Bellac, Esq., is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (1991), Colorado (1993), and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Since 1999, Patricia Bellac has been the managing attorney and owner of PSB Law, a full service law firm emphasizing employment, employee benefits and business law. Patricia began her career in the field of employee benefits after graduating from McGill University. She then became an attorney, receiving her JD in the top 25% of her class at Fordham University in New York City. Her first attorney experience was in the litigation department of Carpenter, Bennett and Morrissey. Moving to Colorado, she then became an associate at Berenbaum, Weinshienk &. Eason, P.C. Ms. Bellac has represented employees, employers, corporations, trade organizations and employee benefit plans. She is active in the Boulder County Bar Association and served as its Labor and Employment Co-Chair, the Colorado Plaintiff's Employment Lawyers' Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the local Chamber of Commerce. She is a frequent lecturer and published author of various professional works including in the Colorado Practitioner's Guide to Employment Law, Book Chapter 4 regarding the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (2008, supplemented 2011 and 2012); The Legal Advantages of Employment, Boulder County Bar Association (January 2001); "The DOL's Final Regulation Under the Family and Medical Leave Act," Colorado Lawyer.
