She gave the Srate (plaintiff) all the information needed to convict. Helped them all the way. Told me I had to tell on a would be co-defendant whom they didn't know. Argued, wouldn't listen and when it came time fir trial, tgere was a whole lot of evidence that I had NEVER seen through discovery, wh...ich would have led to this going another direction. She wouldn't listen to my claims or alternative theories. Rather insisted I should go to prison fir the maximum exposure time. The plea was 6 years. The sentence presumptive range was 2 to 6. Thereafter wouldn't explain the difference in sentencing ranges regarding aggravated. This was for unlawful use of credit cards or "unauthorized use of financial transaction device" which should have been a misdemeanor. However, she got it to remain felony Identity Theft and I did 9 years on a ten year sentence.. She is a horrible and shifty person. Should be investigated for ethics and misconduct toward clients. Can't believe she wouldn't and didn't allow me to see the evidence against me prior to and that was presented at trial.. That's crazy. Dirty attorney tactics. I got better and fair play from the state who was against me.. This lady will ALWAYS ONLY be a public defender, because she is on the side of the opposition and is just a plain out crappy attorney. If you get stuck with her, find a way out. I tried and they wouldn't allow it. Horrible person to work for you. Cause she doesn't. She thinks it the other way around.. Crazy.. Furthermore, she screams and yels and slams laptops around when you question anything she is doing or NOT doing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
